News Details July update 1. Corbel repairs Maryport Developments Limited (MDL) is pleased to inform you that the corbel repairs have now been completed by Stobbarts Ltd. 2. Gate locking mechanism The locking mechanism tenders were issued on the 14th June 2010 and were supposed to be returned to Arch Henderson (MDL’s Appointed Consultant Engineers) on the 25th June 2010. Due to the short time scale contactors required additional time and they were returned to Arch Henderson on Monday 12th July 2010. MDL have received information from Arch Henderson regarding the tenders and they have recommended a contractor called Hosier Systems (International) Ltd. Maryport Developments Limited is in the process of awarding the contract. Timescales for the completion of the works is within 4 weeks of the awarding of the contract and MDL are awarding the contract today. Therefore we can assume the work will be complete, by weekending the 13th August 2010.
